What’s Included
Full property clean
We conduct a comprehensive clean of the entire property, from top to bottom. Every surface is wiped down, high-touch areas (like light switches and door handles) are sanitised, and floors are thoroughly vacuumed or mopped.
From bathrooms to kitchens to living spaces, we leave every room looking spotless, tidy, and fresh, ready to welcome your next guest.
Linen change & bed-making
Fresh bedding makes a huge first impression. We strip used linen, replace it with clean sheets, and remake all beds to a hotel-standard finish.
We can use the linen provided by you, or we’re happy to discuss linen supply and laundering options if needed.
Restocking essentials (toilet roll, tea, etc.)
No one likes arriving to find there’s no toilet paper or tea bags. That’s why we offer restocking of essential items such as:
- Toilet rolls
- Bin liners
- Hand soap
- Washing-up liquid
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets
You can either provide these for us to top up, or we can help manage a basic restocking kit to keep on hand at the property.
Rubbish removal
We remove all used bin bags and waste left behind by guests, including bathroom and kitchen bins. If your property uses local council waste collections, we’ll place the rubbish in the appropriate bins or bags and put them out as needed.
Guest-ready checks
Before we leave, we carry out a final guest-ready inspection to ensure everything’s perfect. This includes:
- Checking for obvious damage or maintenance issues
- Making sure the lights and heating are working
- Ensuring no personal items have been left behind
- Straightening soft furnishings, fluffing cushions
- Opening windows briefly to air out the space
If anything is amiss, we’ll flag it up straight away so you can take action quickly.
